Kitzbühel | Walsenbachweg
This chalet is located in the unique countryside panorama of the Tyrol Alps at the foot of the ›Kitzbüheler Horn‹. It was built eight years ago and has been acquired by its current owner in 2014. Bernd Gruber has been assigned to rework the chalet’s interior furbishing and the exclusive interior design. As a result, the chalet’s interior now follows a holistic living concept that combines both, appreciation for tradition and the courage to embrace novelties. The formerly unused space of the basement has been transformed into an oasis of calmness with
guestrooms and a spa area. The panelling made from matured timber, an atmospheric lightning concept and well-chosen furniture create a high-value living area. A complete interior re-design has been realised on the first and on the top floor: from the draft concept to the smallest final detail – everything visibly and perceptibly bears the hallmarks of Bernd Gruber. All wooden elements now comply with the new colour scheme: While grey is the primary colour, black and blue have been selected for exquisite accents.
